Yoga Teacher & Counsellor
Being a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and a Certified Life Coach, adds depth to my yoga classes as I emphasize self-awareness and personal agency.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified 500 Hour E-RYT with over 1000 hours of additional training in yoga and other complementary movement modalities. I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and have been part of the YYoga Education faculty since 2015.
