    Talk Suicide provides moments of connection that create hope, support recovery and save lives. They aim to connect callers to their strengths and find new ways to cope, live and thrive.

    Crisis Center BC offers 24/7 phone and online chat support for individuals in crisis or distress across British Columbia. Trained volunteers and responders provide non-judgmental emotional support, safety planning, and follow-ups.

  • The Vancouver General Hospital Access and Assessment Centre (AAC) offers emergency mental health and substance use support for individuals aged 17 and older in Vancouver, BC.

    Services include comprehensive assessments, treatment and support, crisis intervention, information and referrals, and care coordination. By providing these services, the AAC aims to improve access to care, reduce wait times, and enhance the quality of care for those in need.
