This retreat is an invitation to slow down, be fully present, and reconnect with what truly lights you up. There will be plenty of opportunity for rest and adventure. Each day, you’ll be guided through two yoga classes incorporating thoughtful journal prompts and reflective practices designed to deepen self-awareness and support meaningful growth. With gentle curiosity, you’ll explore what’s flowing in your life, what may be holding you back, and where you feel called to expand.

Morning Yoga - Warming Hatha Flow (All Levels)
Late afternoon yoga - Restorative Yin with self-exploration exercises.
Meals include:
● A snack spread before morning yoga class that is available starting at 6am.
Guests walk out to a beautiful spread of fresh El Salvadoran coffee, quality
teas, and a daily drink. We use a detox drink recipe book and provide a daily
pressed drink or smoothie. Apart from the daily drink the morning snack
includes the staples like coffee, tea, seasonal fruit, fresh bread, and
homemade nut butters. The morning snack can also be substituted as an
afternoon snack if that works better with your programming.
● A wholesome breakfast after yoga class.
● Fresh coconut water on demand.
● A delicious dinner in an elegant setting each night, including one
non-alcoholic drink and dessert.

If you arrive on the first day of the retreat you can take advantage of the complimentary airport transfer. If you decide to arrive a few days early, click here for directions.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TRAVEL AGREEMENT:
Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds or discounts will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, extreme weather conditions, force majeure events, travel delays, or illness. It is the participant's responsibility to schedule travel and plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival.
We understand that sometimes bookings need to be rescheduled, canceled or that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and unfortunately we are unable to offer compensation as we have already incurred expenses for this event.
If you need to cancel, and we receive adequate advance notice, we may be able to refund the remainder (minus the non-refundable deposit) although this is only if we can fill your spot.
